This PPV happened not long after I attended a WCW house show in Oklahoma City, OK. The big build up to the Halloween Havoc 1999 PPV was Goldberg vs. Sid Vicious. I know this will never happen, but I wouldn’t mind if WWE ever put out a DVD of just matches between Eddie Guerrero, Dean Malenko, and Rey Mysterio. I’d buy that in a heatbeat.
