State of the Twitter Feed

I’m adjusting how I post headlines to @wrestlingfan Twitter. I want to make sure I give credit to where the news headlines come from. I was just using Google Reader and it’s shared feed via Twitterfeed. This worked out great, but it would only give you the headline. It wouldn’t tell you where the news was from. Also some of those headlines lacked any real information. You know like, “WWE Star in hospital”. Not that descriptive or helpful. So I’m going back to posting news by hand. It’s not really a big deal for me to do. So instead of just clicking one button, I have to click a few more. We are still talking only a few seconds to share something. I still have WWE and TNA headlines posting via Twitterfeed. I feel news from the source is okay to post directly that way.

To remind you, I’m a fan just like you. I share the news I think is interesting, and open to talk about it. I’m more wired in now with Twhirl and Tweetie for iPhone, and I check them regularly. So please feel free to @ me.

Don’t forget more and more wrestling fans and news sources are showing up on Twitter. Give them a follow. If you know of some good ones, pass them along. I’ll do the same.

Thanks to everyone who’s following. Its great to hear from all you wrestling fans.
